Our services suggest the use of Third Party Platforms which the client opts in to use, including such as GoHighLevel (HighLevel), Hubspot and other cloud based services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not own, control, or operate these platforms.
Platform outages, data loss, feature changes, pricing changes, or security incidents are outside our control.
Your contractual relationship with third party providers is separate and independent.

5. Limitation of Liability (Strong, ACL Compliant)

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Prometica excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

Use or inability to use the Website or Services
Reliance on automation or AI outputs
Third party platform failures
Data loss, corruption, or unauthorised access

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited at our option to:

Re supply of the Services; or
Payment of the cost of re supply.
